day 16/17: without the group

So, since mostly everyone went to Portugal like I said (and my weekend wasn't insanely hopping) I decided to make this post a 2 for 1, Saturday and Sunday.

Kristen, Lauren, and I met up around one Saturday afternoon and walked around a bit. We hit up calle sierpes and walked through plaza de la encarnacion. We  have an excursion here the coming week. BUT since we stumbled upon it, here is a picture of the Seta (meaning mushroom). It was given that nickname due to its shape.

There is a market on the street level with a yogurt store called Llao Llao. We stopped for some yummy yogurt :D

So flippin delicious.

I didn't really shop much. Just tagged along for the company. I don't wanna go clothes crazy just yet in my life Lol, maybe in a few months. BUT I did see a super cute minion phone case on constitución :D

Once we split up and went our separate ways that was pretty much it for Saturday. We all were tired and Lauren was sick (which was why she didn't go on the Portugal trip) so we didn't wanna run her ragged on her first day feeling a bit better.

Sunday we did more or less the same thing. Kristen wanted to go back to a store we found Saturday to buy a necklace for her boyfriend. I found some cute hand painted art there but none really caught my eye.

We got a late start and went to our restaurant, el colmaito, for a late lunch. Gotta love that tinto de verano :D

Kristen is posing to show the lines the
chair made on her butt; super hawt.
On the way home when we walked on constitutción I had to stop and snag a picture of their post office and, of course, the great view of the cathedral.

Of course this isn't a view of the whole post office but these
are their drop boxes for mail. Divided into: Sevilla, Madrid, & "Extranjero"
Pretty cathedral view!!
After we split up I walked to see where our hotel was for the coming week. It is close to where my mom lives; it's in Triana.

Super stoked that Rob comes on Tuesday! But until then I saved some money and relaxed this weekend. I have Grey's Anatomy to keep me busy.
